Claims Up to £10,000

Our Fess - £3500 - £5250

Breakdown of Fees

Pre-action letters and follow up correspondence: £750- £1,000 plus VAT

Issuing proceedings: £750 plus VAT - £1000 plus VAT

Disclosure/witness statements: £1500 - £2,000 plus VAT

Trial preparation: £750 - £1,250 plus VAT

In some cases, such as small claims, it is not usually possible to recover costs from the other side and you will have to bear your own legal fees.

The court fee is based on the amount you’re claiming, plus any interest.

There are usually no other disbursements on cases apart from the ones listed above. Court fees do not have a VAT element. Our fees and counsels fees do at a rate of currently 20%. Disbursements are case specific and we can discuss this one we know what your case is about. 

If we have to issue a statutory demand for a debt claim we will charge a one of fee of £750 plus VAT including personal service by a process or equivalent for issuing the demand.
